Our Heritage with Ducati in Vietnam market
In 2009, Indochina Automotive LLC (ICAUTO) was founded by Vietnam Partners LLC, which is a 100% foreign-owned enterprise engaging in automotive distribution and service in Vietnam’s market. In the same year, ICAUTO granted the sole distribution rights of several premium automotive brands (complete built unit) in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Since 2010, ICAUTO has been leading the big bike segment by acquiring the sole distribution of Ducati, which was the first international motorcycle brand to enter the large 500cc motorbike market in Vietnam. Today, Ducati is the most desirable motorcycle brand proven by many Ducatisti communities across the country. Our highlight achievements as following;
1. The first launching of Ducati showroom 3S in Asia-Pacific
In 2017, we’re proud to be the first distributor investing and launching the 3S concept of Ducati showroom among Asia-Pacific market. The 3S showroom including two floors and provides services relating to Sales, Services and Spare Parts. It’s located in No.2 Pho Quang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC, Vietnam covering about 1,300 m2.
2. Safety riding (Ducati Riding Experience)
Started in 20215, we offered experience of the essence of sport motorcycling at the professional racetrack in Vietnam. Ducati owners can learn from the best at an exclusive training session with the DRE Asia’s Certified Instructor – Ha Anh Tu. Ducati Riding Experience (DRE) designed by Ducati for all those who want to improve their level of safe riding, increasing their performance on the road.
3. Activation
Throughout the past 10 years representing the Ducati brand in Vietnam, we had conquered all kinds of regional trade shows, bringing the essence of Desmosedici and Italian lifestyle close to customers. Sinuous, seductive and flexible lines with a permanent, timeless quality that sets an unsurpassable standard.
4. Test ride & mobile service nationwide
We bring the team going across the country, pass by to provide mobile service, technical check up, test ride with DRE Instructor, combining with gross sales of apparel, merchandise, accessories, spare parts, etc.
5. Community
We build strong relationships with Ducatisti and motorcyclists nationwide, we certify specific motorclubs and make the customers proud to be a part of Desmo Owners Club (DOC) across the country, from Northern to Southern of Vietnam including DOC Northern of Vietnam (2015), DOC Southern of Vietnam (2016), DOC Southern Grand Networks (DOC SGN 2020).
