First Move Group JSC (FMG) is a joint-stock company established by Vietnam Partners LLC, an American private equity firm which has a strong background in importing and distributing several premium motorcycle and automotive brands since 2009 in Vietnam.
FMG offers a diverse portfolio of services and products in three pillars: Distribution, Trading and Corporate Services, the headquarter based in Ho Chi Minh City, and another representative office in Hanoi.

Vietnam Partners LLC is an American private equity firm, which incorporates seasoned professionals with extensive experience in funding, developing and managing businesses in Vietnam and other emerging markets around the world. The firm works with companies and investors to build successful businesses that exploit opportunities arising from Vietnam’s accelerating integration into the global economy.
Vietnam Partners LLC brings together a unique combination of expertise in international finance and hands-on experience in Vietnam. Formed as an independent company in 2003, its founders trace their on-the-ground engagement in Vietnam back to 1994, following decades of building businesses in emerging markets around the world. The firm has offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and New York.

2020
Vietnam Partners LLC established First Move Group JSC to develop an ecosystem of two wheels segment expanding with multiple brands.
ICAUTO transfers the sole distribution of Ducati Vietnam to another organization.
2013
ICAUTO assigned the authorization to 2W Trading Company Limited to develop the dealer networks Ducati Saigon & Ducati Hanoi.
2010
ICAUTO acquired exclusive distribution rights for the Italian motorcycle brand – Ducati in Vietnam.
2009
Vietnam Partners LLC established Indochina Automotive LLC (ICAUTO) to engage in automotive distribution and service in Vietnam.
ICAUTO was granted sole distributions for America automotive brands Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia.
